Oops, can't access your account? Don’t worry it happens to the best of us. If you’re having trouble signing in to your Moonpig account, we’ve got your back. Just follow the steps below to login or reset your password, and you’ll be back making magic with cards and gifts in no time.

How to Login?


Whenever you login to your Moonpig account we will always send a one-time passcode to your inbox (rather than a traditional password reset link). Its quick, secure, and password-free way to access your account.

To login to your account navigate to My Account where you will be directed to the 'Sign in or create an account' page then enter your email address.

After you have entered your email address, and selected the continue button, you will be see a page that says 'Check your email'.

A 6 digit one-time code has now been sent to your email address. Enter this code on the login page to access your account 🚀

Password reset emails are sent from 'noreply@service.moonpig.com' If you've not received your one-time code after a few minutes check your spam folder.

⚠️ Your temporary verification code is unique and will be valid for 15 minutes. For security reasons we don’t keep a record of passwords or one-time codes.


How to change or set a password?

You can still change your password, but only once you have logged into your account. If you using our website, Once your logged in select the 'Account' icon at the top right of the page (next to the basket). Then navigate to the Account Details tab. Next to where is says Password select the 'Edit' button.

After selecting the 'Edit' button we will direct to a page that say 'Forgotten your password'. Enter your email address and then select the 'Send email' button.

An email with instructions on how to reset your password has now been sent to to your email address. Follow the steps in the email to change the password on your account 🚀

Password reset emails are sent from 'service@email.moonpig.com'. If you've not received it after a few minutes check your spam folder.

⚠️ Please note, if you have 10 or more failed attempts at logging into your account. Your Moonpig account will lock for a 30 minute period before you can try again.
