We’re really sorry this happened – it’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have.
If you receive an anonymous item or message, reach out to Moonpig directly. Provide relevant details, such as the barcode number on the item and the delivery address. Moonpig can then contact the sender and ask them to stop sending items or to identify themselves. Additionally, check with friends and family first to rule out a known sender.
If you’ve received an anonymous Moonpig card that feels threatening, abusive or offensive, we recommend reporting it to the police. Once they’ve contacted us, we’ll work with them directly to help resolve the matter.
Moonpig cannot share sender details directly with the recipient due to privacy policies; only law enforcement can obtain this information as part of an official investigation.
Your safety and wellbeing are always our top priority.
