My voucher code isn't working?
The code you have entered maybe; invalid, expired, or spelt incorrectly. Take a look below for further explanation of error messages.
Voucher Code Error messages explained...
"Sorry, this voucher code has expired" The voucher code is no longer valid and is past the end date/ time.
"Saving won't be applied as you are not eligible for this discount" The code you’ve entered isn’t valid for the account you’re using. Some voucher codes are exclusive to certain customers or accounts, so make sure the offer applies to you or In some cases voucher codes might only be applicable for a specific Moonpig store, for example voucher codes might be applicable on the UK site, but invalid for the IE,AU or US website - & visa versa.
"Sorry, this voucher code isn't valid" The code isn't or wasn't valid. In most cases this is caused by typos when entering the voucher code into your basket, so check you've entered the code as advertised.
"Your basket does not currently satisfy the requirements" Double check that everything in your basket meets the code requirements. The voucher code might be restricted to; a particular card size, postage type or specific basket configuration (such as Card + Gift)
"Oops! This code is only available on our mobile apps" The code is only applicable to use on our App. If you want to redeem this code head over to our App to checkout your order.

Just a heads-up – not all voucher codes you find on third-party websites (or through a quick Google) will work on Moonpig. For all our current, valid offers, it’s best to check our Terms and Conditions page. That way, you’ll be sure you’re getting the real deal.
Can I apply more than one voucher code at checkout?
You can only use one voucher code per order, so choose the one that gives you the best value! If you're a Moonpig Plus member, your 30% discount is applied automatically, which means you won’t be able to stack additional voucher codes on top. That said, we occasionally send out exclusive offers just for our loyal customers, and some of these can be used alongside your Plus discount. Keep an eye on your inbox!
How do I apply a voucher code to my basket?
It’s easy – just pop your code into the box at checkout that says ‘Insert code’, then hit ‘Apply voucher’ to update your basket total. You’ll see a ‘Woohoo! Voucher code applied’ message once it’s worked – then you’re good to go! 🎉
What does ‘Sorry, you can't combine offers – we've applied the best value one’ mean?
Sometimes, we have multiple promotions or voucher codes running at once. If your basket qualifies for more than one, we’ll apply the offer that gives you the biggest saving. That way, you’re always getting the best deal available 🤑.
I forgot to enter my voucher code
If you’ve been sent a voucher code by us, you must apply it at the checkout to benefit from a discount or price reduction. Unfortunately, we can't apply promotions to orders that have already been placed.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes! If your a UK customer, just head over to UniDays where you can enjoy a 20% discount on standard size cards. (only applicable for use on Moonpig.com/uk). Please note we no longer offer a student discount via StudentBeans.
Do you offer Blue Light discount?
Yes! At Moonpig, we’re proud to support our NHS staff, emergency services, social care workers, and armed forces by offering an exclusive discount through the Blue Light Card scheme. If you’re a Blue Light Card holder, you can enjoy a 25% discount on standard size cards. (only applicable for use on Moonpig.com/uk)
