Of course. To change or remove your saved card details, youâll need to be logged into the Moonpig website. The easiest way to update your details is the next time you make a purchase. When you click on the Checkout button, youâll see your saved card details and can select âRemove Cardâ or add a new one.
Customers with a Moonpig Plus subscription
Once youâve subscribed to Moonpig Plus, you wonât be able to remove your payment card details while your subscription remains active. This is because an active and valid payment method is required to manage your subscription, including renewal payments.
If your card is due to expire or youâve been issued a new one, we will contact you via email closer to the time your subscription is due to renew, with instructions on how to update your payment method to avoid any disruption to your Moonpig Plus benefits.
If you no longer wish to keep a card on file, youâll need to cancel your Moonpig Plus subscription first, after which youâll be able to remove your saved payment details.
