Within 14 days of Purchase.
You can cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of purchase. If you do, we'll sort out a refund for you, minus any benefits you've already enjoyed. To cancel within 14 days you will need to reach out to our customer service team.
After 14 days of Purchase.
When you join Moonpig Plus, your membership renews automatically each year. Still want to cancel? No problem! Just pop over to 'My Account' > 'Moonpig Plus', and hit 'Cancel Moonpig Plus', and follow the simple steps. By doing this, you won’t be charged when it's time for renewal, and you’ll still enjoy all your benefits until your current subscription runs out. Easy peasy!

Your Moonpig Plus subscription automatically renews after 12 months. To keep you informed, we’ll send reminder emails 14 days and 3 days before your renewal date.
