πŸ”„ How do I reorder a card?

At the moment, you can't reorder a card you've previously purchased. Once you complete an order, you can't duplicate, resubmit, or convert it into a different format.

However If you’d like to reorder your card again reach out to our Customer service team who can duplicate an existing order to your basket. 🌟

We're unable to convert physical card orders into eCards (or eCards into Physical cards). If you want to send an eCard of an existing order you will need to recreate the card from scratch into your desired format.
