At the moment, you can't reorder a card you've previously purchased. Once you have checked out an order, you can't duplicate, resubmit, or convert it into a different format.
However If you’d like to reorder an existing order again reach out to our Customer service team who can duplicate an existing order to your basket. 🌟
We're unable to convert physical card orders into eCards (or eCards into Physical cards). If you want to send an eCard of an existing order you will need to recreate the card from scratch into your desired format.
What card sizes can & can't be converted to a different size?
In the basket cards can be converted to applicable size formats. Size formats cannot be changed once your order has been added to the basket. For example;
If your current card size is Standard, Large or Giant you can switch between these applicable sizes only.
If your current card size is Standard Square or Large Square you can switch between these applicable size formats only.
if your current card size is Postcard or Ecard you wont be able to convert the card into any other size format.
