I’ve received someone else’s order by mistake.

Oops! We’re very sorry to hear that there’s been a mix-up. Some of our cards and gifts are packed by hand so unfortunately, on very rare occasions, packing is subject to human error.

Please contact our customer services to send us the order number (you can find this on the back of a card, or on the address label of a gift) so we can sort this out.
