How do I return my order?
Most of of our products are personalised so there's a limited amount of product types that can be returned. If our customer service team ask you to return an order they’ll provide you with our Freepost address & guide you through the process 🌟
I still haven't received my refund?
If your waiting for a refund for a order that's been returned to us, pleas allow up to 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
Are there any return exclusions?
We’re not able to accept returns for:
Personalised items
Anything that’s been made just for you, such as personalised cards, mugs & personalised Alcohol. (Anything with customisation)
Perishable goods
Items that don’t last long, including flowers, plants, food hampers, chocolates, and drinks (like wine, prosecco, or spirits).
Beauty and fragrance products
Items such as perfumes, aftershaves, body lotions, and skincare or grooming sets.
