Cancelations
Can I cancel my order?
Once your payment has gone through, our team (and our clever printers!) begin working on your order straight away. We’re unable to cancel your order once printing has begun. This allows us to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but it does mean cancellations aren’t possible after checkout.
Amendments
Can I Amend a Same-Day Dispatch Order?
If your order is due for same-day or next-day dispatch, we’re unable to make changes once checkout is complete.
This includes:
❌ Editing the design, message, or photos (including fixing typos).
❌ Changing or editing the delivery address.
❌ Switching the delivery method.
❌ Updating the selected delivery date.
As production begins immediately, amendments aren’t possible for orders being prepared for immediate dispatch.
Can I Amend a Forward (Future-Dated) Order?
If you selected a future delivery date (not next day), there may be options available to make customisation changes to your card.
Card customisation amendments depend on:
What product type(s) you have ordered.
How far in advance you contact us.
Whether the order has entered production.
