✍️ Can I cancel or edit my order?

⚠️ Just a heads up! We get cracking on your order the moment your payment goes through. This means we can't make changes or cancel your order once you've checked out.

Can I cancel, edit or amend my order?

Once your payment goes through, our team (and our clever printers!) start working on your order straight away. Because we begin production immediately, we’re unable to:

  • ❌ Cancel your order (once processing or printing has begun).

  • ❌ Edit the design, message, or photos (including fixing typos).

  • ❌ Edit or change the delivery address before after dispatch.

  • ❌ Switch the delivery method after checkout.

This helps us make sure your orders dispatched as quickly as possible, but it does mean changes can’t be made after checkout.


Have You Checked Everything Before Ordering?

Before you pay, take a moment to review the following so everything arrives just as you expect:

  • Personalisation: Check spelling, names, messages, and any added text.

  • Photos: Make sure images are clear, correctly cropped, and in the right order.

  • Product choice: Confirm you’ve selected the correct card size & quantity.

  • Delivery address: Ensure the name, address, and postcode are accurate.

  • Delivery date: Double-check the delivery date and postage method.

Can I Amend an order with a future delivery date?

If you selected a future delivery date when ordering (not next day), there may be some options available depending on what you ordered and how far in advance you get in touch.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can let you know what can be amended.
