What is Face Swap?
Make it personal with our range of 'Face Swap' cards. This new feature uses your images and Ai* to create a truly unique card. By seamlessly swapping the face within one our our applicable card designs.
What cards are available with Face Swap?
We have 126 face swap cards across all our gallery's. Each card has three skin tone variations, So keep an eye our for the 'Face Swap' title through our card gallery's.
How do I find Face Swap cards?
Currently, Face Swap is available on our iOS and Android apps. If youâre searching on the website, head to the app to create your Face Swap card.
To access Face Swap, please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. You can do this by downloading or updating the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
How do I know when the Face Swap is complete?
After youâve uploaded an image and the face swap has been generated, youâll see a âFaces successfully swappedâ message. Sometimes it may be difficult to see the before-and-after effect if the face swap element is small within the card design. If you see the âFaces successfully swappedâ confirmation message, this means your upload was successful.
Troubleshooting Face Swap
If you're having problems with Face Swap:
Photo won't upload
Close the app completely and reopen it
Make sure you've given the app permission to access your photos (Settings > Moonpig > Photos)
Try selecting a different photo
Log out and log back in to your account
Face not detected or "No face found" error
Make sure the photo clearly shows one face looking directly at the camera
Use a photo with good lighting and the face filling most of the frame
Avoid group photos - use a photo with just one person
Try a different photo with a neutral expression
Face Swap seems stuck or not processing
Wait a moment - it can take 10-15 seconds to process
Check your internet connection is stable
Close and reopen the app
Try the Face Swap on a different card design
